Rotisserie Pig, Brazilian cut style tri -tip steak served on crusty bread. Served with assorted chimichurri and sauces, Pulled pork sliders, Napa slaw Mini grass feed beef sliders, bleu cheese, caramelized onion, Chicken kabobs
